You are buying a voucher that entitles you to book a 'Studio Experience' recording session - you do not need to specify the session date at the time of purchase. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Vouchers will be delivered free of charge by Royal Mail within 7 days of order being processed or may be collected from us. Your recording session will last either 1, 2 or 3 hours depending on the package booked. Time will be allowed within this to edit, mix and master your CD. Additional CDs can be ordered on the day of the session for £3.00 each or DVDs £5.00 each. Recording sessions can be booked on any day of the week (subject to availability). Sessions must be booked at least 7 days in advance to allow time to ensure we have the backing tracks you need. If a cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance then another session may be booked on receipt of an administration fee of £10.00. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance (but more than 48hrs) then another session may be booked on receipt of an administration fee of £25.00. Cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance are forfeit. After purchasing a Voucher, you have the right to cancel within seven days, provided you do not actually book before doing so. To cancel your Voucher purchase, simply contact us with your name, billing address and transaction ID and the price of the voucher will be refunded.
